What (PMC), EPCM,EPS Will Provide?

PMC Services will cover the whole period of Basic Design review, detailed engineering review and approval according to the Contract requirement , contract and procurement support, site management, coordination, communication, progress control, QA/QC, Cost Control, provisional/  final check, work acceptance, final project documentation,  project handover, HSE management and commissioning. In all the below section PMC staff shall cover but not limited to following

 

Design Engineering Review

Ø  Technical preparation of new project according to Company requirement.

Ø  Engineering support during bidding of projects.

Ø  Engineering management according to Contract target and requirement;

Ø  Ensure EPCC contractors compliance to project schedule and engineering requirements;

Ø  Review and monitoring of engineering progress and status of engineering activities;

Ø  Supervise the design safety and organize HAZOP exercise;

Ø  Reviewing and recommending design changes;

Ø  Cost controlling and management of change.

Procurement

PMC shall review EPCC contractor detailed procurement plans and expedite actual procurement progress based on the approved procurement plan. In performing such, PMC shall monitor and review the purchase order schedule, quoted delivery dates, vendor manufacturing and delivery schedule. This is to ensure that the EPCC contractor has the available equipment and materials on site as per the R.O.S (Required On Site) dates.

PMC shall ensure the Contractors of Company including General Construction Contractor or EPCC contractor take full commitment and assume responsibilities to overall site coordination, construction supervision and management

PMC shall organize and coordinate for the overall pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up co-ordination & management, including coordination for vendor representative presence/assistance during commissioning activities of critical equipment at site 

PMC shall ensure the Contractors of Company including General Construction Contractor or EPCC contractor take full commitment and assume responsibilities to overall site coordination, construction supervision and management

PMC shall organize and coordinate for the overall pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up co-ordination & management, including coordination for vendor representative presence/assistance during commissioning activities of critical equipment at site 

PMC shall manage the warranty claims on behalf of Company. The scope includes supporting Company /client to raise Defect Rectification Claims, liaison with the Contractor Warranty Team & vendors, monitoring and verification of rectification performance to meet quality and standard requirements.
