Tech Otlet offers operations and Maintenance of Degassing Stations, (DS) Central Processing Facilities
(CPF), Pumping Station (PS), Produced Water Treatment Plant (PWTP) and water injection system
(WIS), Free water knock out (FWKO), PWRI, PWT etc.

Degassing Stations, (CPF) Central Processing Facilities

Inlet Manifold from the facility-well pads:

Crude oil Processing including but not limited to: Multiport flow selector skid and test separator, 1st stages our crude separators, 1st stage non-sour crude separator, Test Separator, Oil-oil heat exchangers, Medium- oil heat exchangers, Water-water heat exchangers, 2nd stage separators, Dehydration pumps, Electrostatic Dehydrators, Electrostatic DE salters, Recycle pumps, Gas boot, Off-spec gas boot, Storage tank, Off-spec oil tank, Skim Tank, Water draw-off pumps, Off-spec oil pumps, Transfer pumps, Chemical injection skids and systems, Heating Deaerator Skid.

Gas Processing System:

Including but not limited to: HP gas compressor package, LP gas compressor package, LP gas separator, Condensate separator, Condensate pumps
Produced Water Treatment & Water Disposal & Injection System:

Skimming & buffer Tanks, Oil Recovery Tank, Oil Recirculation Pump, Suspend Sludge Filter, Flocculation Chemical Injection Skid, Coagulation Chemical Injection Skid, Purification Agent Chemical Injection Skid,NaOH Chemical Injection Skid, Biocide Dosage Chemical Injection Skid, Booster Pump, Water DisposalPump, Sludge Sump Tank, Oil Sump Tank and Sump Pump.
Fire Fighting System

Utility System: HP/LP Flare system, HP/LP Flare system, Fuel gas system, Instrument air system, Nitrogensystem, Diesel fuel system, Chemical injection system, Open and closed drain system, Heat medium system, Fresh water supply system, Sewage treatment system

Services

Operation and maintenance for 24 hours (two shifts Day/Night)Provision of skilled personnel to perform Comprehensive Operational activities under the supervision of company with the understanding that this shall not relieve the Contractor of its responsibilities Preparation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedure for all operational activities in the central processing facilities and interface functions, operation of the main facilities in the H2S
environment.

Monitoring and control of the facilities from the DCS console in control room; Operation, Monitoring and control and maintenance of the entire Plant activities Troubleshooting, planning and rectifying operations related problems in the CPF, DS, PS, PWTP, andGLP & WISU. Daily routine inspection plan and procedure, and reporting mechanism;

Ensuring of complete and in a timely manner the entire major Preventive and corrective (or) Breakdown maintenance activities with Company maintenance support so as to ensure equipment availability calculatedon a yearly basis. Whenever possible, Contractor‟s Personnel shall work with company‟s staff and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical support where applicable for other overhaul and breakdown maintenance. Provision of Standard troubleshooting procedures approved by relevant Company‟s engineers.
